Starting prices per month, including 21% VAT (IVA). We agree the price for your home with you in advance. One month’s notice, no deposit. Repairs, maintenance and tradespeople are not included in the subscription.

What happens if something is wrong?
We report what we have seen and discuss the next step. A tradesperson is only called in with your approval. Arrangements for urgent situations are agreed together at the start.
Is key holding included?
Yes. The apartment and villa packages include key holding and a photo report after every visit.
Who carries out the checks?
Our team based in Elviria. Who visits your home and who has access is agreed together before the start.
How do you keep my keys and alarm code?

Are you insured?

Which areas do you cover?
From Elviria, in Marbella and the surrounding area. Not sure whether your home is in our area? Send us the location via WhatsApp.

Yes, such as sealant work, mould treatment and renovations. You always receive a quote first; work only starts with your approval.
Can I choose a different schedule?
Yes. An extra visit, twice a week or once every two weeks: we are happy to discuss it. The arrangements and price are adjusted accordingly.
How does cancelling work?
The subscription can be cancelled monthly with one month’s notice. You receive the final terms at the start.
