This website belongs to Costa del Sol Prop (owner: Franciscus Marinus Petronella Schonk). You can reach us at info@costadelsolprop.com.

What this website does

• The website has no contact form.
• The website sets no cookies and uses no trackers or analytics software.
• Fonts and images are loaded from our own website, not from external services.

When you contact us

You can reach us via WhatsApp, email or phone. We then receive the details you send us yourself, such as your name, your phone number or email address and your message.

Hosting and email

The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Email sent to info@costadelsolprop.com is forwarded via Cloudflare to a Gmail mailbox of Costa del Sol Prop.

Purposes and legal basis

We only use the details you send us to answer your question. If you become a client, we also use them to carry out our agreement for managing your home.

• The legal basis is taking steps before, or performing, a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For general questions, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell them.

Retention periods

We keep your details no longer than necessary for the purpose for which you provided them. Details we are legally required to keep longer, for example for tax records, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• give you access to your details;
• correct or delete them;
• restrict their use;
• transfer them.

You can also object to the use of your details. Send your request to info@costadelsolprop.com. We will respond within one month.

Supervisory authority (AEPD)

If you are not happy with how we handle your details, please let us know first so we can look for a solution together. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Recipients and third-party services (WhatsApp, Cloudflare, Gmail)

For our communication and this website we use services from other parties:

• WhatsApp (Meta), for messages via WhatsApp;
• Cloudflare, for hosting and securing the website and for forwarding email. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, including for automatic network error reports;
• Google (Gmail), for our email inbox.

These parties may also process data outside the European Economic Area. This is done with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not share your details with anyone else, unless we are required to by law.
